3 Pricing Policy
All our goods are clearly priced in the sales pages. These prices are exclusive of postage. Our system automatically calculates the correct rate of postage based on the delivery address. You are shown this information before proceeding to the payment screen.
4 Order Instructions
You will find clear ordering instructions on our Review Page. You can alter any item before proceeding to the payment screen.
5 Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of receipt, without explanation. You have the right to cancel any order within 30 days of receipt if the goods are faulty or incorrect or you have been overcharged. Please follow the returns policy in our terms and conditions.
6 Terms & Conditions
You will be asked to agree our Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the Checkout. Please note that if you do not agree to the terms you will still be able to order, but you will not be able to use the secure credit card facility. All terms and conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

9 Mistakes
We undertake to correct any mistakes, replace faulty or incorrect goods or adjust any incorrect payments, within 10 days of you bringing such mistakes to our attention.
10 Enquiries: Response Time
Customer enquiries including any complaints are dealt with within 12 hours (or less), if by email, or within 6 hours (or less) if by telephone or fax.
11 Disputes
We hope our customer information and terms and conditions will clarify any issues. We aim to resolve any disputes (for example, regarding wrong or faulty goods, over-payments) within 10 days as per (10) above.
