Nik Kershaw

Nik Kershaw came to prominence in the mid eighties with his debut album Human Racing. The album spawned a number of high profile hit singles that managed to reach the charts across the world including I Won't Let The Sun Go Down On Me and Wouldn't It Be Good. This album was quickly followed up by another album entitled The Riddle which also included a number of worldwide hits including The Riddle and Wide Boy.

Nik also performed at the legendary Live Aid Concert at Wembley Stadium in July 1985 a concert televised to literally billions of people the world over. Nik went on to record a number of other successful albums in the following ten years and also scored a massive hit for Chesney Hawkes in the early nineties when he wrote the number one single The One And Only.

Nik's latest album is entitled You've Got To Laugh. The album is released on Nik's own label Short House Records distributed through Voiceprint. The album is Nik's first studio album in more than six years and includes performances by former Kajagoogoo bassist Nick Beggs and current Toto drummer Simon Phillips.
