John McManus is the multi instrumentalist who, with brothers Pat and Tommy, formed the hard rock band Mama's Boys in the 1980s. In the 1990's following the tragic death of brother Tommy, John and Pat formed the critically acclaimed Celtic fusion band Celtus and signed a two-record deal with Sony. For the past couple of years John McManus has been busy composing and performing film and TV music and this unique and rare CD showcases this aspect of his work. At times recalling Celtus, but more symphonic in concept, John's many fans will lap up "Rivers Of Time".
