King Biscuit Flower Hour

America - In Concert - King Biscuit Flower Hour

Recorded on 4th September 1982 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio during a tour with Kenny Loggins. The recording finds the band as a duo of Lee 'Dewey' Bunnell and Gerald Beckley (Dan Peck, the third member having left in 1977) and riding the crest of a second batch of U.S. hits like the Top 5 You Can Do Magic and The Border.

The set also includes their other soft rock classic hits like Ventura Highway, Tin Man a blistering electric version of the band's early album hit, Sandman and the massive worldwide hit of 1972 Horse With No Name.

Although they concentrated on touring throughout the '80's and '90's, America released a new album on Rhino Records in the early nineties which coincided with an anthology Encore and still play around 130 dates a year throughout the world.
